At Elevate Aviation Academy, we strive to provide the highest quality training and educational services. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your enrolment. Our policies are designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring that both the Academy and our trainees are treated equitably.

1. Enrollment and Registration

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To enroll in Elevate Aviation Academy programs, applicants must meet the minimum requirements specific to each program, including but not limited to age, educational qualifications, medical fitness, and language proficiency. Elevate Aviation Academy reserves the right to verify all submitted documents and reject applications that do not meet the stated requirements.

1.2 Registration Process

Registration is completed upon submission of the application form, required documentation, and payment of applicable fees. All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. Any false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of enrollment without refund.

1.3 Registration Fees

All registration fees paid at the time of enrollment are non-refundable and non-transferable. These fees cover administrative costs associated with processing applications, document verification, and enrollment procedures.

2. Refund and Cancellation Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Trainee

a. Full Refund Period: Trainees who cancel their enrollments within 15 business days of signing up for a block are eligible for a full refund of the block fees. Registration fees remain non-refundable.

b. Partial Refund Period: Trainees who cancel their enrollment after 15 business days from the date of registration but before the block start date are eligible for a refund of 80% of the block fees. The remaining 20% will be retained as non-refundable administrative fees.

2.2 Cancellation by Elevate Aviation Academy

a. Insufficient Enrollment: If the minimum number of trainees required for a block is not met, Elevate Aviation Academy will reschedule the block start date. The Academy shall defer the block for up to 30 business days to achieve the required number of trainees. If after 30 business days the required enrollment is not met, Elevate Aviation Academy will refund the entire block fee to the trainee.

b. Academy Cancellation: If Elevate Aviation Academy cancels a block due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to instructor unavailability, facility issues, or regulatory requirements), trainees will receive a full refund of the block fees or may choose to transfer to another block without any additional charges.

2.3 Non-Refundable Fees

a. Any registration fees paid at the time of enrollment are non-refundable under any circumstances.

b. Trainer fees, after enrolling in the desired block. In case of cancellation by the trainee, 20% of the eligible refundable amount will be subject to deduction to cover trainer allocation and preparation costs.

3. Additional Conditions

3.1 Delayed Block

If a trainee chooses to delay their block voluntarily, the fees will be carried forward to the next available session. No refund will be issued. Trainees may defer their enrollment once within a 12-month period, subject to availability.

3.2 Drop Block

If a trainee drops the block after the block has started, no refund will be provided. Partial completion does not entitle the trainee to any refund of fees paid.

3.3 DN (Did Not Attend)

If a trainee receives a DN (Did Not Attend) due to lack of attendance or failure to meet minimum attendance requirements, no refund will be issued. Trainees must maintain at least 90% attendance to remain in good standing.

If a trainee fails to pass the required examinations or assessments, no refund will be provided. Trainees may be eligible to retake examinations upon payment of applicable reexamination fees.

Official medical documentation from a licensed physician must be submitted within 14 days of the incident.
